Lower Primary School Report Card (P1-P3) (2019-2021)

In a way, yes, the conduct is more important than grades !

He achieved excellent conduct in Primary 3 (both semesters). That's pleased to know. The rests will follow.

  • Primary 3: Silver Award at Singapore & Asian Schools Math Olympiad (SASMO) 2021
  • Primary 3: Bronze Award at Singapore Math Kangaroo Contest 2021
  • Primary 1: Edusave Certificate of Learning Achievement 2019

His co-curricular activities in primary 3.
I do keep track his learning progress.
One of the biggest achievement: complete all 4 years Mathematics test papers at primary 3 level.

Primary 4 Mathematics: Modeling topic (14x questions from year 2018 SA1/SA2 papers)

Singapore MOE is very proud of their mathematics modeling , which I do not understand why. The modeling can be solved by algebra sometimes. I also heard many good primary school students in mathematics meet difficulties in secondary school as they could not understand the algebra logic. That is very dangerous. I think they probably did too many modeling questions in primary school until their brain cannot switch or comprehend the simple algebra. I teach both concepts to my boy. Don’t worry, it will not confuse them.  He is going to finish all 32x test papers of Primary 4 (left 3x more papers). I hand-picked 14x nice modeling questions from the year 2018 SA1/SA2 test questions that he had completed. He got about 70% right. These 14x questions are very good questions for Primary 4 students. If you can get them all correct, your standard is, surely and definitely in the range of 95%-100%. You probably wonder why I only show the modeling questions of Primary 4 but...

ACS(I) Secondary 1 report card (2025)

So far so good, the secondary one result met my expectation, so long all subjects above 80%. Secondary 2 results will be important as that will determine the class selection for Secondary 3, e.g. triple science subjects. We hope to secure a seat at Option E, Secondary 3 in year 2027.
